You can probably put a monitor on the left.
Your desk is just super cluttered. Lots of wires everywhere. Have a go at managing those cables. Consider replacing some peripherals with a wireless variety
Consider putting the PC on a different surface/on the floor as well. It’s very large and kind of over bearing on the space
Once you have very little clutter, you can figure out what’s missing

I would move the PC to the opposite side of the desk because it will tuck away in the corner and open up that other side of the desk so it will feel bigger.
Or, alternatively I would move the monitor over to be more in the corner and put a light behind it to shine some ambient light up the wall
