Yeah you can try to go up little steps like 6200 and try to boot if it boots try an CB or another Stresstest like OCCT and let it run for about 30min if it’s stable try 6400…
It’s very Trial and Error if you can’t boot with an selected frequency than try to ramp the DRAM Voltage in 0,010 steps but don’t go further 1.48-1.5V
