I had my i3-540 from 3.06 to 4.2 daily for a year and a half until I upgraded to a Xeon X3440 (which I also overclocked from 2.53 to 3.7). Then I built a PC with an R5 3600 and just ran it stock.

glory days before intel and amd realized they can be squeezing more performance out of their CPUs by doing curves..
For me ill never forget my Celeron 333a that used to hit 500mhz and be faster than their flagship.
