This HWinfo flag is driving me nuts.

I feel like I have i5 14600k OC stable at a modest frequency and undervolt at 5.6 p core and 4.2 ecore with ring clock set to AUTO but I can’t figure this stupid flag out in hwinfo: Ring: Max vr voltage , iccmax, PL4. I have spent countless hours tweaking every single setting in my motherboard bios in tiny increments to see what affects it and Im at a loss. I have set every power limit to unlimited tried every LLC and ac dc load line combination and the only thing that seems to affect it directly is actual vcore but I still haven’t figured out the sweet spot to get it to turn off while having ideal vcore and temps and score in benchmarks. When it is constantly on yes at idle the ring clock is downclocked to 4500mhz , so I have adjusted both core and ring vcore offsets slightly to where it does not say yes at idle but then it will go on under load. Whenever i get the voltages for it to not be on at idle ring clock is at 4700hz and that seems to be the max, so this tells me whatever is triggering this flag actually had an affect on my clock speeds. Does anyone have ANY idea what’s going on here ?
