I think ultimus richtofen may be one of the, if not the, most evil fictional villian. Not just because of his insane list of crimes, but the fact that he does them purely because he wants to. He doesn’t have some sort of sad backstory or understandable goals. He doesn’t think he’s doing the right thing. His goal is to cause as much pain and destruction as possible.
