    Any arm or body mods installed?  (Not the mods you can buy in the game but the ones you can download from nexus)

    Unarmed. At least you dont have to worry about the cops shooting you now.

    Your mods are installed incorrectly. The body mod is stripped because your graphic settings are too low. Boost your resolution. Also, your arms will disappear if you are using mods incompatible with the mod you used with your body. It’s a texture issue.

    Did you download something like Solo Arms? There’s not many arm mods, but that’s one that messes up everything if you don’t do it right.

    If you have mods, it’s a texture problem. Those clothes aren’t playing nicely with whatever body textures you might have.

    If you DON’T have mods, then reinstall the game. Your textures are somehow not loading. Cloud saves will keep your game save but I’d make a new one anyway. Doesn’t look like you’ve progressed far enough to lose out on a bunch. Make sure when reinstalling to put everything on your hard drive (C: drive).

    I had this happen, but I mod my game… haha.
    I found a solution somewhere when googling: Basically unequip all held weapons and then equip just fists, like getting ready to box. If that doesn’t work, unequip all held weapons, save your game and reload, then equip fists. That’s what worked for me.
