Pegboard on left wall (or shelf) for the controllers, handheld, headphones. Any of the wires that are not currently in use can be held to the back of the desk with clips like what you have or magnetic snap ones. Find something decorative to put in front of the subwoofer inputs. If you could reduce the gap between right monitor and left, that would also help create a cleaner look.

Nice setup! I’d just find a way to clear the desk a little bit, some drawers or a pegboard for teh controllers etc, and add some more of a personal touch. A plant, lighting, change up the computer wallpapers, some more framed stuff behind – I see you’ve got a few of those already! – that kind of thing.
