Sorry your hw is on the verge of not enough to run game.
You can try first delete cod folder under my documents and run game wirh vram 6p fidelity cas 80.
If thia doesnt improve then you can try to format reset windows and only install drivers updated bios and run the game and try.
Excluding any chance of software and know exactly what hw can deliver.
Apaga a pasta call of duty dentro dos Meus Documentos e corre o jogo, vai entrar com gráficos resetados e é isso que se pretende.
Queres usar graficos
fidelity cas 80
Vram 60
Resolução nativa do monitor e fullscreen tela cheia.
Estas com opção qualquer que está a provocar isso.
Se nada disto resultar formata o windows e usa ultimoa drivers e tenta de novo para excluir problema do qindows tweaks da gráfica etc
