I tried over clocking my ram (which worked) but then I pushed my luck and tried overlocking my ram a bit more as well as the cpu core clock slightly and now I can’t get to bios, just a black screen. I’ve tried shorting cmos pins, as well as taking the cmos battery out (both done after pc unplugged, holding power button to drain capacitors and disconnecting mobo power from psu). I’ve also tried moving ram sticks around in different slots and still nothing. I used amd master to overclock as alienwares bios doesn’t let you overclock cpu or ram (there’s options for ram but it doesn’t boot when doing it from bios for some reason). The computer is the Alienware r10 ryzen edition with a ryzen 3700x and I put in my own 32gb gskill ram.

So is it entirely dead? Power on does absolutely nothing? Have you tried to jumpstart the power button pins together? (make sure it isnt the case faulty button) Do you have any spare PSU to try? Remember the CMOS battery needs a few minutes it isnt an instant reset
