If I’m remembering correctly either they were dismantled and tested to see how they worked (which is why we see em in gorod korovi) OR they where thrown into the dark aether with everything else at the end of tag
Different universes, different outcomes. DE is a different universe from origins and in the Gorod universe, the soviet’s reverse engineered them.
