Rival Schools, Batsu. Purchase, you ought to. It came with one free CD it’s like I got two. I hope they make part two for Dreamcast – them games I seen in mags you won’t believe they had!

All my knowledge of it admittedly came from Namco x Capcom, but the featured characters were fun.

I did play the game and absolutely loved it but frankly don’t recall character names etc. haha

The Playstation version of the first game remains my top ‘why didn’t we get this outside of Japan?’ We got the arcade port but not the second disk with the character creator + school life sim / dating game.

I want to say Rival Schools being in Street Fighter universe help lol. The Street Fighter lore Credit lol.
But really, it’s awesomely fun game.
1. Character Designs were amazing and fun to look it, They make High School look so awesome. They all have fun character moves.
2. Amazing Fun sound track that hits with each stage lol. I love gif of Hinata doing her little dance while Batsu and Kyosuke in the background. Anyone wondering the Stage is call Ziggy amusement Park.
3. Story was Rad.
4. It’s Street Fighters but with Mostly High School Students and their adult teachers minus that one College dude who’s a swimmer lol.
5. I would say a good number of fans are folks that remember the game close to 3 decades. Glad to have New Fans, Old Fans, and Returning Fans.
6. Team combos is so fun to watch. Also once the characters select is over you see fire in the background where the head shots of each characters teams is looking at each other. Freaking cool.
7. If they keep returning Old Rival characters to Street Fighters V like Akira, it would bring more interest to a possible rival of this game series. Batsu, Hinata and Kyosuke should be next in Street Fighter V!
