They changed these ages in 2.0 (back in Sept 2023), they are no longer cannon (well, the OG table top characters remain, but those introduced in videogames, NOPE).
( I think Judy is around 24/25…….we can only gauge with the years of Laguna Bend being closed in the early-mid 2060s “15 years back” as she herself stated, moved to Night City soon after, and she sounded to be about 9/10 years old in Pyramid Song Brain dance
V is now 23 in 2.0, down from 27, Panam is no longer 26, but up to 33(WTF). It makes absolutely no sense why they altered the ages. Male V bday was June 10, 2049, and Fem V bday was Sept 5, 2049, now both in 2054. It was already dumb to have had both of them as different months , and now this….smh

these ages are the original ages of the characters and they’ve since been changed by cdpr. panam is now 33 and v is 23. although i still go by the original ages this is no longer canonically accurate
