It sounds like there is a zombie stuck up in this room but I can't seem to hit him with a grenade and he won't despawn. Does anyone have any ideas?
He could be under the ground in that room as well, I can't tell with how the audio is.

He doesn’t respawn if u run to the opposite end of the map? Thats odd
Use Teleport hope to get a nuke.
Otherwise, he’ll bleed out eventually
Use the teleport and try grenades, if not, you can quit the game
I can’t seem to edit the post but I fixed it by going to the STG and looking in the opposite direction of where I heard him for about a minute.
I’ve only gotten back into the game within the last 2 weeks or so but I don’t remember anyone ever discussing anything like this, it seemed like he was bleeding out and respawning in a stuck spot. I spent like 10 minutes waiting and he never seemed to bleed out until I went to the STG and looked away.
