I feel like people act like moderation is the reason they were taken out, but the reality is they were taken out because they couldn’t sell emblems if you had the creator
I remember coming back to BO3 on my xbox after years and being damn impressed with my Venom that I made on my own. It actually looks damn decent like an actual “professionally” made one people copy and paste. I’m still proud of it to this day.
There was never any statement on emblem creator getting canned because of inappropriate art. It’s not there because they wanted to monetize it harder and because it’s extra coding work to put into a game that they swear by making from the ground up every year just to come out unfinished again.

Fucking sucks that we can’t customize our own emblems, I don’t know when they stopped implementing them but custom emblems should be allowed because why the hell not
They’d had to keep paying for the licensing and being given certain privileges to it.

Understandable why they were taken out, but they were such a staple and really should come back. I remember always looking through people emblems and seeing a ton of cool things. I had a custom emblem for every perk and it was so cool being able to switch between the different perks.
I had a dragon ball
