So my RX580 only goes up to like 1075 if it's having a good day. Nothing will really utilize the gpu. No it does not boost, no I cannot oc this card, and no the switch is not on the mining site. So either there is some critically wrong, or the switch is broken. No matter what I try, it won't get detected in any bios flashing tool, not even In dos. I have a short video as an example on how my 580 behaves.
