I feel like I wouldn’t be able to see anything near the corners of the screen

Just how long is your neck and the spacing between each eye ball?

  3. MissingVanSushi

That looks amazing to me. What display or tv is that?

  4. You have a whole lot of nothing going on on that giant screen lol

I saw the curtain rod and thought “damn that’s a big bathroom”

What’s the refresh rate, is it as fast as a monitor

I got herniated discs in my neck…. They hurt just looking at this. RIP your spine.

I used to use a 46″ TV as my main display, I played games like PUBG and Miscreated (similar to Rust and DayZ) the large pixel size was more immersive and helped with sniping and stealth. You get incredibly used to it.

At one point, had six monitors, but the TV was still main display. Was a higher end Samsung from the era.

You do turn your head a little sometimes, but it isn’t bad. It’s nothing more crazy than looking around while driving your car at the road. It’s kind of nice if you don’t have any averse affects (I didn’t. Years going)

OH edit, also is great for productivity in a setting where others may join in. I do music production and audio engineering. Can’t beat that. Anyone in the room can see what you’re explaining and that’s awesome.

Looks good if you love squinting and cranking necks

That looks horrible. Way too large for the distance to the chair.

I dunno. I don’t think your monitor is big enough. 🤔

  12. The Gris soundtrack is so good. I also recommend the soundtrack for Sable!

I like it. Is that a display case on the left or is it a mirror?

I’m thinking about getting a similarly large screen, do you have any complaints or things I should know?

All that but only one monitor lol looks cool though

I love it for you!! Little large and close for my taste but I imagine you utilize the real estate like pictured and divided up like that so it’s sensible. Could be 4 small screens but why not one big one haha

The succulents are like “we’re here! We made the cut!” Lol

I recommend finding a tiling script. Idk MacOS… but I know it’s out there somewhere. Try Tiling windows instead of traditional floating windows. Better usage of screen space, managed by the script, and when configured to something comfortable can be super productive without lifting hands off the keyboard.

Buy an ergonomic chair + headrest + recline system, trust me.

and i worried that my 27 inch was too big for the distance at which i use it!!

I tried this with a 4k tv and the PPI still wasn’t high enough to read code all day comfortably. Looks dope though!
