The top looks like Samsung, probably C-die but the bottom has ‘K’ in the code (starting with ESM) which is short for Kingston so they “renamed” the IC used on that stick. It is strange for a kit (to have “different” IC) and could cause issues if you’ve bought them separately and want to use XMP.
