I dont consider it cheating because you are just viewing the game on a larger screen using a USB c to hdmi cable but I can see why some people might say it's cheating.

Nope, in some ways it’s a handicap instead
Emulator is equal to cheat because playing on KBM against mobile players gives you an advantage, because mouse is very accurate aiming device, unlike screen of your phone, also keyboard is better suited for gaming because of the very convenient layout of the buttons, and it also means that your screen won’t be partially covered by your HUD like on mobile.
If the picture from mobile is just being transferred to your monitor, then it’s not cheating

Just a suggestion for Samsung users. I have a dock and a 120hz monitor in my work. Just connect using dex and then use a controller. Its 100% legal and has zero lag
