Devs: “The Arkham Knight is NOT Jason Todd!”

    >!It was Jason Todd.!<

That means my fat PS4 is a decade old too. Came in a bundle with the game. Fun times.

I’m treating it to fresh thermal paste for its birthday so it doesn’t sound like the Batmobile’s engine while I play. After ten years it’s just dried paste.

And it still looks better than 80% of the games released today on, brace for it, UNREAL ENGINE 3.

*”All the subtlety and nuance of a napalm enema!”*

oh, i would beat the shit out of a new (good) game in the arkham series.

A real bummer the franchise just stopped there.

Suicide Squad and Gotham Knights were absolute garbage.

I really love games from that years, still holding up with modern titles.
Should I play it (never got the chance)? And should I play the whole series or just one of them?

Great game – one of the best stealth action games ever made for sure

I never got around to finishing it. I hated the Batmobile.

All I remember from this game was hating the stupid Batmobile fights.

And I’ve just been playing the series for the past month. I got the trilogy for 9 dollars, having never played it. Really great games. They all have their merits.

If only they didn’t include the Batmobile and the super obvious “plot twist” about Arkham Knight’s real identity

On the topic of Arkham games, I actually just finished “Gotham Knights” last night.

There were times I thought “This game is a downgrade” but it’s really not a bad game, but it just did nothing to elevate the Batman Akrham genre. And at least they didn’t constantly force any batmobile /batcycle missions on me.

Gotham Knights reminded me of Arkham Origins. It’s more like a massive expansion. Not bad. Provides more content.

I’m debating if I want to try Suicide Squad. I picked that up for free some time ago. But the gameplay I’ve seen looks more like a 3rd person shooter than an Arkham beat em up. Much less appeal. But maybe someday.

It runs like a dream on the rog ally. Perfect 60 fps

Very disappointed compared to City. The Deathstroke boss fight was a joke

My first Batman game. Loved it & graphics were great. I bought the other Arkham games, but haven’t had time to play them yet.

Greatest superhero game of all time in my opinion. No other superhero game I’ve played as made me feel as much as the titular hero as Arkham Knight.

And why DIDN’T he call the Justice League for help?

    Was he…

except for PC which had a Cyberpunk 2077 moment but the platforms swapped (basically unplayable for 95%+ of pcs on launch which caused the game to get delisted and valve to issue refunds)

  20. Brilliant_Plane_9690

My least favourite Arkham game, it was still good

I still think it’s the best of the arkham games and the peak batman experience. Yes there’s a bit too much batmobile in it (between the story and side quests I estimated the game is about 50-60% batmobile) but I liked some of that stuff too.

It’s a shame it never got a 4k remaster. Typical terrible WB decisions.

  22. Disappointing game and the worst Arkham game by far
