

Picture 1 is the before, Ryzen 5 5600 running pbo at -25 all cores +200 override and an rx 6800 running +100 vram +300 clock with 110% power limits, picture 2 is after running per core tests and adjusting core 2 to -15 as it was the only unstable core, yet the gpu score dropped by 1000. Any ideas?

Gpu clock looks to be 2-300mhz lower
Your CPU clock speed appears more stable in the “after” image, and your CPU score went up accordingly.
However, your GPU score went down. But looking at the graph, I cans see that your GPU clock is much lower in the “after” image.
Did you change your GPU overclock? If not, it could just be boosting to a lower speed due to running hotter, although I think the difference is likely too big to be that.
