You can load ROMs on that and play any N64 game. I don’t think any mods are needed.
Quake looks like it could tell some stories if it could speak! That is if the wear on the label is any indication for how much it’s been played. I miss the old Quake games and Unreal Tournaments. Those games would probably make me motion sick these days.

When I was younger, my dad and I were driving out in the country and there was a truck with a bunch of stuff in the back. They hit a bump and an N64 bounced out of it, hit the pavement, and rolled to the side of the road. We stopped and went back to grab it, it had some dings on it but it was surprisingly not that bad. When we got back home, we plugged it in with the cables from our N64 and it worked. Blew me away. They don’t make consoles like they used to.
Instructions unclear, performed “The Shocker” move on my wife with the N64 controller, now she’s a moist pile of gibbering goo on the floor of the entertainment room.

One of my coworkers found his childhood N64 this week and brought it to work. He set it up in a break room and we’ve all been playing Mario Kart and Goldeneye when things are slow. Brings back so many memories!
