I recently flashed 1vyrain on my T430 so I have access to the BIOS advanced menu. I wanted to overclock the CPU (I have the overclockable i7-3840QM) and I thought that would be the "easy" part after the whole 1vyrain ordeal, but now I am at a loss as to which settings I should modify in the BIOS advanced menu: first of all the ones needed to overclock (and undervolt?) the CPU, but also other stuff, e.g. I saw some posts claiming that with this advanced BIOS menu they were able to overclock the T430's integrated graphics Intel HD4000, and the RAM. The only thing I've managed to do so far was to disable Intel ME, as this is a no-brainer.

oc of that gpu makes little sense because it is much weaker than a 4600 gen4. don’t waste your time.
my 4600 is running at 1550mhz stable without power limit, I only use it with LS for frames generation and render desktop, for the rest mine is too weak too.
try Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU)
