Shouldnt the most fair way to schedule the matches be so that one side of the bracket play both their matches on the same day, so that the teams going against each other in the semis get the same amount of rest/prep time?
Am I missing something here ?
You could say that mouz dont know who they're going against, but then a team can easily prep for the stronger opponent on the first day.

Yeah this isn’t optimal, but I think they wanted the 3-0 teams to play first.

So Europe can watch the big matches obviously. If faze mongols were playing instead of pain furia, I wouldnt watch it. Have work unfortunately

  3. It’s meant to be a seeding advantage to the 3-0 teams.. however that they lost gives their opponents the advantage instead.

In my country faze vs mongolz starts on 4am 🙂

Because BLAST doesn’t want NAVI to win so they make the hardest path for them

Navi/Vitality and Faze on friday night = viewership stonk.

A lot EU will want to watch s1mple in QFs. So they will stay up even absolute late at night since its Friday night.

It’s not a bo5 and e sports is not that physically demanding, so it’s fine. And opponent prep time is on the side of the teams winning their Friday matchups, if you think about it

    Ticket pricing

    Day 1 = Day 2 < Day 3 < Finals

Furia and pain being matched up in the quarterfinals of a major was awful. I thought it was a group-stage match at first when I first saw it.
