Deserves, it is a fantastic game and I am very much looking forward to the sequel

    > To celebrate the milestone, publisher Neowiz is rewarding the staff of developer Round8 Studio, as well as Neowiz’s own Lies of P development team, with a number of bonuses.

    >All staff will receive a launch bonus of 10 million South Korean won ($7,300) earlier than scheduled, as well as two weeks of paid vacation (on top of South Korea’s mandatory 15 days of paid vacation).

    > Every member of the Round8 development team will also get a Nintendo Switch 2 console as a reward for hitting the sales milestone.

EDIT: $7,300 bonus, 2 week paid vacation apart from the 15 days S. Korea mandatory paid vacation and the cherry on top Switch 2. Devs working at East-Asian video game companies are getting compensated well for their work.

Nice to hear about game devs getting rewarded for doing a good job. Makes me want to support that studio more, too

Damn the upper management is clever as fk. As the games and online subscription of switch 2 cost arm and a leg, these Devs need to work overtime to afford them. They indirectly increased their working hours , that too legally (/s)

I wish I wasn’t burned out by dark soulslike games.

Someday I will pick it up.

Korean companies fighting for who can do the most

This game sucked, but I’m only saying that in hopes that I’ll get an awesome record to listen to back at the hotel.

Can’t wait to tap my heels.

But will the consoles come pre-stapled or will they have to do it themselves?

I love good companies so much. Mine gives us nice thank you words for designing systems that saves people’s lives and warnings when you ask for a raise XD

  10. Damn, south Korean game companies seem legit, are they hiring perchance? 😳

The final boss of the dlc is so so well done. From design to mechanics to how cool it is if you’ve played the main game….

Best him without the npc on ng+4 and it quite the grind but I loved every minute

Are they the same people who made Bless Unleashed on ps? Man I miss that game, it was fun playing it before closing it down.

But good for them for the success of Lies of P

  13. Damn, that’s just cruel. Sure, some of the bosses were a bit much but I don’t think they deserve to be punished with a Switch 2. During war times, this would be a war crime.
