Does anybody have a sure fire way to get the document on the roof in Citadelle? Ive been trying to get this solidly for 2 days. Ive watched every YouTube video. Changed the settings that were recommended I changed. Faced the way I was told to face. I cant get it. At all. Im about ready to throw my controller at a developer ffs… (Picture is for illustration purposes only. Not original owner)

Go into your settings and change your interact to tap not hold and just mash your interact button to hell while trying to face it and you will get it eventually. Took me probably 15 tries after changing the settings. Had to honestly Google it because it was pissing me off.
By changing setting, you mean “tap to interact?” If so, then just keep launching yourself over it and tapping quickly. I believe you need to get it centered on your screen, but it’s been a while since I’ve finished collecting all the intel.
Otherwise, maybe try changing it back to hold to interact and just keep the button pressed the whole time? I don’t remember which way I did it, I know it didn’t take more than 3 or 4 launches.
I just looked down and hit intereact as I went past it. Got it first try on the day the map released. Its not hard 🤷♂️

Just hack the games files and give your player the piece of intel through the codes
I grabbed it first try with the canon. Just spam button as soon as you hit rooftop

That was one of the most annoying pieces of Intel to get. Idr how true this actually ended up being, but I heard having Ph.D Slider (not Flopper) was something that helped knock it loose for collection
Personally, I just spammed the 🔳 button (PS5 player) every time I shot out of the cannon, and eventually I got lucky enough to get it. I can never remember if I had Ph.D on or not when I collected it though

This Intel has also frustrated me so much.Tried it countless times over 3 games, even tap to interact just didn’t work for me. What worked for me in the end was burst dash with Aether Shroud. I tried glitching onto the roof with it, like in this video, except I tried it from the well.

So I didn’t make it to the roof, but you don’t need to at all. As long as you have tap to interact activated, just spam it as soon as you are near the roof. Got it on my second try
I have a friend currently in the same position. They tried to get this intel for a solid hour, trying everything they could. Spamming, timing based interacting, button interaction changes, moving their camera — but nothing seemed to work. I’ve already collected the intel so I couldn’t test it for myself, but I remember getting it while back without too much difficulty. Either there is a bug that didn’t exist in prior times or it is just unrealistically hard for some people to get.
It would be nice if someone that has gotten this intel AFTER the last patch could confirm that it is in fact, not bugged, just difficult or very specific in how it must be retrieved.
