What ram kit do you have?
So, basically, we don’t know if you have hynix, samsung, or micron ram.
It looks like micron based on the timings.
Honestly, go buy the cheapest 16gb cl30 6000 memory you can find and apply buildzoids easy hynix timings. Then check if 6200 uclk: mclk works. Then try 6400 uclk: mclk. Then try fclk 2200
