I left the car with him. Besides finding the car ugly as hell, in games where there are choices I like to follow the morals I have in the real world. He’s going to be a father, his wife is there just wanting him to give up this life of gambling, it would be very insessible of me to take everything away from the guy, even though I know he got into this shit on his own accord
It’s not like I’d ever be caught dead driving that thing, so he’s more than welcome to it.

I just wish there was an option to suggest he sell the car, and get a minivan, or something more reasonable for starting a family!

It’s a shit car. I either take everything from him (and I’d take his output Mikaela too if I could) or let him keep it all, hopefully with a lesson learned from his close brush with losing everything.

I let him keep it, but I’m playing V as more of a “street kid with morals”. I like to think that his relationship with Jackie helped mold him into a better person and he was given a second chance with the relic to do some good before the end.
My next playthrough is going to be a maniacal corpo out only for themselves, so it will be interesting to see how some interactions go between this one and next.

I give him the money for his family, but I take away one of the things he’s been neglecting them for. Otherwise, he won’t learn the lesson.

Gotta keep it every time, as a huge fan of big old luxury cars like the 1970s Cadillac Eldorado I’m not turning down the only chance in the game to snag a big ‘ol droptop Villefort Alvarado that even has CrystalCoat. I just wish you could manually operate the roof for when it rains. As a car guy, I’d legitimately let him keep it if there was an alternate way to obtain one as I don’t care for the “livery” at all, on the other hand.
I always let him keep the money, however. There’s many better, less flashy vehicles much more suited to being a family car than an Alvarado.

I like to let him keep the Eddies but I take the car, I find his car very pleasant to drive because it has pretty good handling compared to other vehicles in the game.

Depends on the V my Corpo took it all cause a deals a deal, Streetpunk let him keep the whip and just took the money cause a chooms gotta have something, and nomad just took the car bc he could care less about eddies when a sweet ride like that is on the line.

On my latest playthrough I have decided that V is a bit of an asshole. So I took it and immediately drove it up to the court and just left it there to spite him.

I let him keep both. He can live with the shame of knowing he got his ass beat and that it’s only by my charity that he got to keep his car. He can drive it and his family around and feel the shame of knowing his current situation is a life of pity.

Didn’t realize it was his only ride so I took both my first time. I felt bad so I reloaded and just took the money. Don’t care about cars and I think losing the fight and being scolded helped him realize the error of his ways.
