PC choking is real.
First two look too restrictive for airflow. The last one look fine in this regard. But also a question: how well does it age? It won’t start disintegrating with time?

You can find all kinds of cool grill clothes on website that sells materials to build speaker cabinets (especially guitar/instruments cabinets because guitar players like stuff that looks cool). I’m looking at a cab I built a little under 20 years ago right now and the clothe would probably work with your case.

I’d suggest using fake wood (plastic) instead of actual wood. I’m not an expert but I’m pretty sure that if it’s thin the wood would soften over time due to temperature and ventilation and start breaking, if it’s not very expensive wood
first one would be cool with less a less dense terllis panel, and would be functional as well
