Whenever I Really Want to Stay at Your House plays on the radio in Cyberpunk2077, it just hits so hard.
Same kind of gut-punch as The Fields of Ard Skellig from The Witcher 3—that melancholic, cinematic vibe that makes you feel like you didn’t just play the game, you lived it.
There’s something about that track. Not just the sound, but the feeling. I hear it, and suddenly I want to boot the game back up—not for the quests, but just to be there. Just to be driving through Night City—neon rain on the windshield, heart full of broken dreams and chrome.
It’s like a memory I somehow actually lived. Emotional timestamps for entire worlds you got lost in. Like fast-travel points back to a feeling you didn’t know you missed. Like bookmarks for a whole other life. 😭💖

When you’re enjoying the song and the radio decides to skip it for some reason… It always skips to “Good morning night city…” for some reason
That was nice to read. I love the song too.
