https://youtu.be/LlQMoxKoAdo – Cinnebench R23 my 9800X3D drops clocks to 4054Mhz for some seconds and then ramps up again and it happens every 10 seconds. I'm really getting paranoid here, is this clock stretching? Should I get it replaced?
