If done well this is actually a great idea. Just make sure you’re exhausting the hot air from the PC through the hose and out the window. The air going into the case should come from the room (colder than outside), not from outside (warmer than the room).
This way, the pc case has constant cold ventilation instead of recirculating warm air.

I did a similar thing once but it was not very effective. I also used to have a portable AC unit blowing into the computer and then right at me as I sat by my computer in the sweltering 28 degree heat. That was effective.

Yup, it is stupid good.
A well designed chimney is an excellent plan.
Nope! Just watch out for a Starling or something barging in there though 💀.
I’ve never thought of this I have a big ass fan above my PC to exhaust as much as I can
This… This is a great idea
I’ve been wanting to do this. What parts did you use?
terrible mic placement… ngl o7
Title says it all OP. Nothing that works is stupid.
This setup especially is quite smart. Done something similar in the past.
Careful if you do this in reverse, this is how you get bugs in your PC.
