Yesterday I got prestige 3. Therefore, all access to perks was reset.
But while creating a new loadout, its content was the same as in prestige 2. Exactly like in the 1st screenshot. That is, without the overkill wildcard, I was able to access the two main weapons, as well as the birdseye and quick fix perks, which are unlocked only at levels 23 and 50. As a confirmation, here is screenshot 2.
I have already played a few games with these loadouts and everything works as it should.
It looks like a bug. Or am I missing something?
