Yeah I completely lost access to my account a couple months ago (not hacked but kind of a long story which I don’t feel like typing out) and steam support helped me get it back within a few hours which was awesome. Steam has some of the best customer support I’ve ever interacted with.

Back in like, 2014, I had to contact Playstation customer support because they had required me to update my log in information and didnt have access to the email associated with my account anymore. I called them and they were able to change it for me and I got back into my account no problem. Not sure if it’s changed, but I had a great service experience.

Nah they didn’t help me with a simple HD to SD game transfer when one is full problem

I only needed to use valve customer support once and it was not good. They kept replying to me in various different languages and never actually helped me with the problem, I ended up figuring it out myself.
(It was like 10+ years ago though)

i though this Was just a meme until i had to use Steam costumer support a few Days Ago they got back to me and Resolved the issue in less then 24 hours i have never ever had Help that Fast and efficient not even From Banks

Steam support today is pretty incredible in all things.
But I’ve been on steam long enough to remember when it wasn’t. It was actually pretty terrible.
But I’m happy it is, in recent memory, one of the best services I’ve had to interact with.
