Hi there! Looking to build a new pc (this is my first build). Currently rocking with an old laptop with 1050ti xD. I configured it pretty much alone, based on some reddit/yt research. I would appreciate any tips or suggestions. Also, for the fan config, i was thinking to keep those 3x140mm front fans from fractal north XL, and to buy 2×120 or 140mm noctua fans, one for rear exhaust (along with the cpu cooler, also from noctua) and one for the top rear exhaust. Also, given the fact that the front fans and the fans from cpu cooler are all 140mm, should i go for the other 2 for 140 as well, or 120?
Thanks a lot!!

Hello Flashy-Dealer-581, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!
Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

It’s a solid build, all your parts are good quality. But man, some parts are way too expensive for what they are.
* Cooler – performs the same for a quarter of the price.
* Mobo – has all the connectivity you need, including WiFi/BT.
* RAM – same specs, same performance, less expensive.
* SSD – slightly faster for cheaper. The T500 is the fastest Gen 4 SSD on the market.
* Case – similar aesthetics with wood accents, but much better value and airflow. $50 cheaper but you get 5 fans, and you don’t need to add more. This is the best case on the market for airflow/temps right now, and you still get premium build quality and easy cable management.
* PSU – similar quality but much less expensive. You still get 850W, strong electrical performance, and ATX 3.1 certification.
Overall – better airflow for $360 cheaper.
Let me know what you think 🙂
