Twisted cables because the 12v high failure rate usually is fine with 300W GPUs like that 4070tiS and we want it to still be a fire hazard.

Valid PC except for the GPU. If thats some special 5090 and adequate PSU this would be acceptable new with guarantee. used and with a 5070 ti thats maybe 3k. Also you have to rewire it. With these expensive components thats a risk factor. 2k would be good, 2,500 would be acceptable

Not a bad build if your waiting for a xx80 24gb and then sell the ti if you got it used for an ok price. And looks good as a concept. But nothing makes this worth more than 3,5k. And that would be with service to assemble it in your house and preinstalling it with 3 years warranty on everything
