I have found in my inventory a red crystal but if I click “use” it brings me to the redeem shop. I saw on the internet that a “local shop” existed but I can’t find it. I’m european btw if that helps.

If you go into events and the top list option (the pendant with a star in it) you should find “Redeem with Crystals”. You can swap a red crystal for a regular blue one.
Use the crystal convert event to convert it in your own region crystal.
