If you want stability for your chip, maybe find the limit of it by pushing a CO so hard until it crashes (Prime95 small fft is quick and free). And then, back off until you pass all stress test you can find (OCCT, aida64 CPU FPU Cache stress test, prime95 small FFT, linpack extreme), and then back off another -5.
