Assuming their creative differences in regards to how to run a criminal syndicate with each other don’t get in the way (Especially Trevor and Johnny, they’d be butting heads quite a bit), they’d be unstoppable.

Agent 47 walks away shaking his head, V leaves because this isn’t their type of job choom, Wei Shen arrest half of them and Aden kills the remaining that Shen doesn’t arrest. So the survivors are 47, V, Shen, and Aden all of whom swear to never speak of this encounter.
