In continuation of my previous help post, I would like to confirm that my aid64 benchmarks are good.

I tweaked by watching this video https://youtu.be/iux-P7qGe-o (a big thanks to DZCreeper and buildzoid)

I forgot to take a benchmark test with aid64 at 7200MT/s CL34, so I'm a bit confused about whether my improvement was done properly. I also added prime95 12 Hrs Large EFF stress test and All 4 stage memtest86 stress test for ensuring my system is stable.

My motherboard is ASUS ROG Strix X870-A, and I paired it with a 9800X3D. My RAM is G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo 7200MT/s CL34-45-45-115 1.40V (model: F5-7200J3445G16GX2-TZ5NR) 16*2 = 32GB kit.

Please help! I am noob at timing tweaks

Not an overclocker here, but try if vddio can be 1.2V.

6800+ isnt really worth it untill 7600MT/s+. Have you tried 6200CL28 on this kit? 6200CL30 is higher latency than 7200CL34

Also you could try 7600MT/s and match FCLK with UCLK in 2:1 mode. This is a little more finnicky regarding stability testing though.

Otherwise your 6200 timings look good. tRCDWR can be lowered abit for free but not really noticable write performance. Upping tREFI to 65535 wont really give you anything when tRFC is so low. Also you could try disabling gear down mode for lower latency.
