I’m so OP I ended up killing him in the last few playthroughs. I actually went to the Pacifica ripper to remove all my cyberware and just deal with him fully ‘ganic.

If you play your cards right in the “Beat the Brat” mission you can see him everywhere. Well everywhere in a 5 meter radius.
He’s one of my favorite characters and I only met him twice.
