
I tested two PBO settings:
- 120W +200MHz CO -30: https://browser.geekbench.com/v6/cpu/12319922
- 65W +200MHz CO -30: https://browser.geekbench.com/v6/cpu/12321117
It's crazy how the 65W TDP one scores higher in single-thread.

ja what about gaming Performance compared each other?
do 5 tests of each. then average them. that right there is margin of error
there is nothing weird about it.
first, those scores are basically identical, within run-to-run variance.
second, a single core is not able to consume enough power to hit either of those wattage limits. so from the core point of view those configurations are the identical.
if you are really running 65C tjmax like in the screenshot, then upping that may increase the 1T score though.
