I spent mine right away.

The drop rate for the AK47 shards a red still pretty high so I just saved mine for now.
Saving. Im already at 134. They are giving out shards for it like crazy. Id rather save it and spend it all on the next gun instead
Used some. Got an additional 20 shards. Then I save the remaining.

I spent mine, but that’s because I already earned 150 shards legitimately. Not only that, I had 450 minor shards left after buying, so it didn’t matter too much to me that I used 210. Not even a ⅓ of the total, and I’m already replenishing those I used with converted ICBR shards.
I used mine, there’s no point in saving them, as soon as I get the gun I’ll get more minor shards in its place anyway
Where in the game can I exchange these tokens? I can’t find the option. Apologies for asking such a noob question.

Saving/not saving won’t matter much for minor pool cause you’ll start receiving minor shards again anyway after claiming AK47 leggy and next minor pool weapon won’t arrive before 117 days . Also minor shards has a limit of 510 shards exchange anyway
Saving them since I bought the ICB Rifle. I was kinda miffed I paid for it and then they flooded me with Universal Shards literally a day or two later. But then I realized I now have them for the next reward and I’ll be able get it quickly for free. I have a ridiculous amount of Universals since I bought the rewards when they first dropped.
