I know back in MW 2019 there were some streaks & weapon variants that would do this. One was on an LMG and while not being an LMG person, I ran it constantly for a while because it was just so much fun to annihilate people like that lol

Some blueprints have dismemberment effects

Some blueprints have death effects, and some kills do it naturally like getting a headshot with a high caliber weapon (this might’ve only been in mw2019). There’s a setting you can turn on/off for gore and death effects.

Reminds me of Fallout 4 in a way. You could make someone’s head explode, then just go over to a mangled eyeball on the ground to collect their loot lmao
