I just finished the ending where I help hanako, defeat adam smasher then get sent to space for treatment nd then choose to go back to earth, after checking online I found out there r five endings, I figured I can get other if I asked panam for help during the rooftop scene but how do I get other 3 nd also which is the best nd worst

Do as many side quests as you can, they’ll unlock more endings.
NGL it took me some time for second playthrough. Especially if you were caught unaware of the dystopian environment. I needed a minute to let it all digest before I dove back in.
When you go back in I’d recommend a fresh V. Play it a different way. Choose different paths, different dialogue.
