Not a single NA team made it to stage 2. At what point are the NA players going to realize they need to change something (as a region) if they want to be successful internationally? I feel that less FPL and more scrimmage is something they need to do. Yeah, an argument that could be made is that there isn’t a lot of team to scrim against, but it’s better than nothing. There are many legendary athletes who didn’t have the resources to practice but found ways to improve themselves until they obtained the resources. You can also help develop the T2 teams by scrimming against them. You’re playing at a high-level tournament, so how does more FPL and less scrim going to help? The only excuse I can come up with is CoL having a stand-in, but then you have Cxzi saying how they didn’t prepare for OG. Like you just asking to be embarrassed. The only thing I lost was my confidence in NA teams. The first NA major since 2018, and not a single NA team could advance.
Edit: I’m upset because i had high hopes that at least one NA team could make me proud.

As an European it was always hard for me to understand American culture. What was fascinating for me is that they like bragging about their freedom which was weird for me, because I didn’t think that I have any less freedom than them. I always thought ‘What is the difference’. However after this stage I finally understand it. NA is just so fucking free.
