Amazon UK have them for next day delivery. Haven’t sold well.

Hey congrats, genuinely happy people who want them are getting them.
But also, it’s so funny to me that we are so used to awful business practices making it difficult to buy the thing we want that when we can just go buy them it feels like a win.
fafarex
you can get them anywhere.
Analog_Astronaut
It has nothing to do with living in a rural area. This is happening all over and Nintendo should be commended for producing so many units on launch day.
dtamago
I’m honestly super happy the console is easy to get at launch, scalpers can go fuck themselves.

Awesome! It’s sold out everywhere around me. GameStop, target, Walmart, Best buy are all sold out. Not that I was getting one but I was surprised a bit. All of them did midnight opening launches apparently.

Live in a town with around 28000 people. Had to go to Walmart for work and they had some. Talked to clerk and she said they got 35 of the in and there were on 6 pre orders.

I live in a 500k city here and there’s plenty in stock too.
GingerPinoy
Walked into Costco in Denver, no line, plenty of consoles

I had to go to Target for something before work anyways so while I was there I just did a quick look. They had probably 30-40 sitting on a shelf ready to sell. Not a single person waiting or even looking at them. It was kind of amazing. GG Nintendo!
I will say one slightly negative thing though, it’s weird that I’m still “waiting in line” to be able to order one from Nintendo directly when there’s so many out there sitting on shelves.
danondorfcampbell
They are everywhere I’ve checked so far. What’s weird is that nobody (in my area) seem to notice the system even launched, or simply don’t care.
SyxEight
Glad to see there is enough stock for the demand, but imagine demand is somewhat lower than it would otherwise be due to the price being so much higher than the first switch.
benjoo1551
I’m so jealous seeing everyone get theirs. Mime only arrives next week lol
Resident-Forever1340
Stock is everywhere near me and I live in a big city. Never seen a new console so available on release day

My wife walked into to Bestbuy around 2 today and picked up the non bundled version. They guy told her they were sold out of the Mario bundle but had a lot of the non bundled. He emphasized “a lot”.
VenKitsune
It’s mostly because so few people are buying them. Not only is it vastly more expensive than even a switch oled, it also has much more expensive games.
PiranhaPursuit
My buddy sent me Snapchat saying our Walmart has sold 7 all day.

When the Wii came out and nobody could find one. My friend went to an f’n Sears and found one.
Because why would anybody go to Sears for a console?
Shampew
I imagine these are really easy to get considering the launch lineup looks terrible.
kain459
Enjoy.

It’s not 2020 anymore, they’re in stock everywhere

Just went to Target during my lunch break. I was surprised to see 10+ on the shelves! Honestly I forgot Switch 2 released today
Skydragonace
I walked right into gamestop, grabbed the S2, no preorder, no stapled screen, and walked out within 5 minutes.
I was not expecting that, and neither was my bank account… LOL
socokid
I have not heard of too many people having issues finding one.
But OK…
N-Haezer
Who in their right mind would buy anything from Nintendon’t, let alone a switch…
_RawRTooN_
The increasing in prices plus no actual flagship games at launch means i’ll maybe think about buying the switch 3 but Im gonna pass on this one. I wholeheartedly believe that i’ll still value playing the steam deck more. Sorry nintendo you missed the mark for me.
