The gameplay loop is extremely outdate, so they would need to modernize the gameplay while maintaining the original storyline.
They must keep the silly running animation or its not the same game.
Yeah I dunno — the targeting system (to my memory) mixed with the mobility was the big unique draw of the game and that’s completely out-dated now. And if they updated those, what would even make it Syphon Filter anymore? Unless they just committed to using the targeting system still

If I remember correctly, the back of the box had a cheated grenade launcher on the first mission. The one you get only has like 10 bullets but the one on the back had 70.
Getting the taser in Days Gone was an awesome little feature

I wish. This was one of the first games I ever played so I wish it could get some new games or even some remakes.
Oh man the memories with this. There is this one particular memory that always comes to mind whenever I remember this game, I don’t know 23 years ago? me and my brother playing it split screen on the PS1 and I was kicking his ass and he’s not the type that likes to lose, anyway at the end he kept losing so he just dropped the controller on the floor and gave me a punch in the stomach and made a run for it and me running after him 😂 but I was able to with my foot while wearing a sandal to smack him with it before he made his escape. Good times.

Oh I loved those games. There was a sequel on the PSP I think, might have been the Vita, that was pretty solid as well!

I think a modern Syphon Filter would pretty much end up being a Splinter Cell game.
Maybe an early Ghost Recon type game.

Always mention this one, great one, with nowadays graphics keeping the same energy would be so cool, even more with those silly pvps just for action and ability and nothing about advantages and shit that unbalance everything

Nope, it needs to be first person, or at least have the option to switch between the two, I have trouble with third person games, even ones done well.
Needs to keep the cheesy spy conspiracy dialogue though. Don’t make it boring and serious.

I cant remember if it was this one or the second that had a multiplayer but I remember my brother kept beating me using long range weapons. I Used a monk skin with the hood up and i equipped the knife and just ran at him and he couldn’t deal with it went into a total panic. Was amazing. Next time he tazed me till I caught fire but it was a great early gaming memory for me
