She’s just worried for you – she’s doing the completely normal and human thing of getting pseudo-mad because she’s scared for her friend/girlfriend. Don’t worry, take it as a sign she cares; I get this every time I go to Dogtown.

You blew her off as in not reciprocating her affections. She is worried for you and wants to let you know she cares with a small, cute gesture and you gave her a cocky/joking response pretty much ignoring that. She is kinda high maintenance like that.

Alas, that’s been bug for a while that they’ve never fixed. She’s mad you didn’t respond to a text she never actually sent. Just ignore it, it doesn’t actually affect anything if she already likes you.
Did you tell her to meet you at your place, then not show up? I got an annoyed message like this once.
It’s a bug. It happened to me too. When you return from the initial mission of Phantom Liberty, she asks you why you didn’t reply to her message, but that message doesn’t exist. 🤔🤷♀️

I don’t actually think this a bug. I believe this text comes through when you don’t reply to her “I really wanna stay at your house” text, as simarly, I received this when I forgot about it for awhile.
