Wind’s howling… never mind, it was just my GPU.

What’s the worry? They said all this is running on a base ps5 at 60fps and with ray tracing. The ps5 gpu is like ~2080 level.

Unless, of course, they’re misleading people again. People obviously remember the cyberpunk fiasco but I think a lot of people forget witcher 3 also got a pretty hefty downgrade between pre-release “demos” and the final game too.

RED ENGINE is shit, their it is. UNREAL owns gaming now

  3. Honestly the fact that unreal and cdpr are working together to make this game is encouraging for me that this game will not be bad on launch since unreal will be able to optimise their software for cdpr directly

I bought a GTX970 to play The Witcher 3 when it first launched. Might have to upgrade the 3060 when this drops. Feels like just a few years ago the DLC came out

Just a reminder to keep your expectations in check, everyone.

I just hope it run on a ps5.

If it’s anything like Cyberpunk, I’m gonna need a PS6.

  7. “Wonder what that ambient whistle I’m hearing is?”

“Oh right, it’s UE5, it’s coil whine from my PSU, GPU and Mobo because all of my components are drawing max power”

If you believe that this is running on a base PS5 at 60fps, I got something to sell to you.

Not the first or the last time CDPR oversells their product before launch.

  9. Considering they’re demoing this on a console this early, I wonder if they’re developing for “console first, then PC” as a development strategy to avoid the Cyberpunk on console performance fiasco

  10. “We got it totally running fine, we promise”

    – The same company who originally had an Ryzen3 3200G, GTX 1060 6GB and 12GB of RAM as the RECOMMENDED requirements for Cyberpunk…

Winds howling? Like the swirling storm inside? Dude, don’t let them in, don’t let them see…

Base PS5 has officially reached its full potential. This is like what TLOU Part 2 was for the PS4. Game looks incredible.

Are people really this dense, or do none of you even bother to engage with what you’re reading/seeing?

What was shown off was called a “tech demo”. Its labeled as a tech demo and they use the term tech demo. In no way at all was it called a “game play” demo.

There is a massive difference between a tech demo and the finished product. Stop making weird assumptions based on what you just saw. The entire point of this presentation was to show off the new UNREAL ENGINE features, and how they are shaping The Witcher 4. I would treat this as merely a tech demo and not “Game play”.

There is no HUD, and they constantly detach the camera to zoom around the area. Could something like this show up in the final product? Sure, but its important to keep in mind that they are not claiming this is how the final product will be. They are merely showing off the tech being used in the game.

Be more aware of what you are viewing/reading. This reminds me of that 1 hour Cyberpunk leaked footage that had the constant watermark of “not final gameplay, subject to change” on it, and people still took it as the final product.

Looks cool. But I’m not holding my breath, especially since an official release is still years away. If Cyberpunk 2077 taught me anything, it’s that too much hype is detrimental to the whole experience.

Good one…took the joke from one of the most popular comments on the trailer…so original

  16. Don’t worry, our GPU support x4 frame gen and upscaling – Nvidia.

  17. Capable_Rip_690

CD Project Red did it again. Lie to us. Why is the guy pretendig, as if he is playing? This was compeletely build for this showcase. Almost nothing of this will be in the game and a giant downgrade will happen. Why are they doing it again? Cause that’s who they are.

This title is the same as the top comment on YouTube lazy op lol

That static image looks like a descently modded Skyrim SE, tbh.

  20. Bestyja2122

Whatever ill judge the game when its out, and I recommend you guys do so aswell

  21. It’s a tech demo, there ain’t even a feasible world other than the sliver shown 😄 ya’ll need to educate yourselves of the history of tech demos and final games, shit will be way different

  22. For a while I thought I my Xbox one X was dying because every time I turned it on it made a really odd noise. So one day the store has a really good trade in for a Series S.

So I take it and trade it with no issues. Doesn’t even make the noise when they test it.

I get home, set up the new system and power it on and there’s the noise again. Turns out it was the 5 disc dvd changer on my old ass surround sound system making the noise when everything powers on.

IDK, it doesnt look that great, but I just come from playing Cyberpunk with Pathtracing.
