So I’m probably going to get this pc soon, my budget is £550 but I’ve managed to get an extra £10. This pc is £550 and it’s prebuilt. I don’t have the experience, time or money to be able to build my own or know what I’m doing.
Is this a decent build? It’s really only going to be used for schoolwork and light gaming (Roblox, Minecraft etc)

Hello NightmareLobster447, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!
Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

It’s £560*
I’d be wary of the cpu. It’s quite low end by current standards, comparable to Ryzen 2600.
I’d probably look for something with a better base processor. A Ryzen 5600 for example as a minimum. (Not 5600G or GT etc).
3050 is trash and this price is outrageous get a rx 6600 build and that antivirus you get is a bloatware
I wanna say it would be a better option to buy a used ps5 and then a used cheap laptop for school.
I think you could make your budget work for that.
You could get a used pc on Facebook for less which was higher spec. Prebuild is so pointless just watch a YouTube video and build it same as everyone else here did it’s so much easier than you think.
